Jonathan Howard is the founder of JoHo Talent Network – and a recruiter at heart (he genuinely loves a good resume). A Teach For America alum, he spent 12 years at Democracy Prep, starting as a teacher and eventually leading the network’s talent acquisition team. Since then, he’s helped hundreds of mission-driven organizations find great leaders AND helped great leaders find their next chapter. Before launching JoHo, Jonathan was an Associate Partner at Edgility Consulting, where he led national searches for CEOs, EDs, and senior teams. He started JoHo to offer a more human, accessible, and values-aligned approach to hiring. He’s passionate about surfacing untapped talent, supporting people through career transitions, and building leadership teams that reflect the values and communities they serve.
